Placement, not delivery
We work out where the machine will get used before it goes in. Same cabinet, wrong corner, a fraction of the takings.
About us
Haymaker Arcade is a UK boxing machine and arcade machine supplier. We put machines into venues with footfall and floor space going to waste. Free to the venue on profit share, or to hire or buy. We started in April 2025, we run nationwide from a North West base, and there are two of us, not a call centre.

The machine is not the difference
Most operators in the UK place broadly the same hardware. What actually decides whether a machine earns is where it goes, how fast it gets fixed, and whether the split is handled straight. That is the whole job, and it is the part we compete on.
We work out where the machine will get used before it goes in. Same cabinet, wrong corner, a fraction of the takings.
Two of us run this. When something breaks you speak to whoever will be fixing it.
Machines take cash and card, and the card side is logged automatically. Your half goes out monthly by bank transfer with the figures behind it. Nobody has to take a number on trust.

What we run
The boxing machine is what we are known for. We also place foosball, pool, sub-soccer, air hockey, basketball and darts where the space suits it. Sometimes the right answer for a room is not a punchbag.
How we work
We will explain exactly how the split works and what drives takings. We will not invent a number to win the conversation.
We only make money when the machine does. A badly placed machine wastes your floor space and our time.
If it is not earning, we move it or take it back. A dead machine in your corner earns us nothing either.
The awkward questions
Including us. If an operator cannot answer these straight, that tells you more than any brochure will.

The two of us
There is no version of this where being bigger would serve you better, and it is worth being clear about why, instead of pretending scale does not matter.
Placement is the whole job, and it is the first thing that gets delegated to a driver when a company grows. Every machine we run was positioned by one of us.
If we cannot service a site properly we say no, because a machine we cannot reach is a dead machine in your corner and it earns neither of us anything.
You are not a ticket number. The person who answers is the person who installed it and who will be fixing it.
The trade-off is honest: we cover fewer places than a national operator, and we would rather tell you that in one message than take your corner and let you down. See where we actually go.
Next step
Send your postcode and a photo of the space. We’ll tell you whether it is worth a machine and what the split would look like.
