How far ahead should I book?
The earlier the better for summer weekends and fresher's week, which go first. Ask anyway — short notice is often possible and it costs nothing to check.
What do you need on the day?
A reasonably level spot with room to swing, and a standard 13A socket within reach. For outdoor events it needs to be under cover and out of the rain.
Do you set it up and take it away?
Yes. Delivery, setup and collection are handled by us and included in the price you are quoted. Nothing for you or your venue staff to build.
Can we have it on free play for guests?
Yes. For weddings and corporate days most people want it on free play so guests are not fishing for change. Tell us which you want and we will set it that way.
Can we brand it for the event?
On selected units, yes — useful for brand activations and launches. Ask when you enquire and we will tell you what is possible for your date.
How much is it?
It depends on the date, the length of the hire and where you are, so we quote rather than publish a price. Message us the date and postcode and we will come straight back with a fixed figure.
Can we hire one to trial it before going on profit share?
Yes, and plenty of venues do exactly that. If you then move to profit share, the machine costs you nothing from that point.
