What coverage actually means
Install, service and collect
Covering an area is not the same as being willing to drive there once. If we take on your venue, we are committing to servicing that machine, fixing it when it fails and collecting from it — not just dropping it off and hoping.
That is why we would rather say no to a site we cannot look after properly than say yes and let the machine sit broken in your corner for three weeks.
