Why it works here
London venues and why the machine suits them
London is the biggest room for this machine in the country and the least like anywhere else. Late-night bars, an enormous shisha trade in the east, vape shops, student venues, and footfall on a Tuesday that most towns do not see on a Saturday. The machine does not care which of those you run. It needs a group, a bit of competitiveness and somewhere people already walk past. London has more of all three than anywhere we go.

Yes. It is a fair thing to ask a North West operator, and the honest answer is that London is a route we run properly, not one we would be making up for the enquiry.
One of us is in London regularly and we have people on the ground there, so an install, a service visit or a collection is a planned job with a date on it, same as anywhere else we work. We already run a machine at Vape Outlet in East London.
The principle does not change for a bigger market. Everywhere else on this site we say that covering an area means being able to look after the machine in it, not being willing to drive there once, and we would rather turn a site down than leave a dead machine in somebody’s corner. London is one we can look after.
What is identical to every other venue we run: nothing to pay, 50/50 in writing before anything is installed, faults are ours, and we only earn when the machine does.
